Payment & Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required upon booking confirmation. A secure Square payment link will be provided after your ride request has been reviewed and approved.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup and no-shows are non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
